Today Jayce turns 5!! Happy Birthday my sometimes mean cousin!

Today we went to visit great great big granny! She is 95 and doesn’t always remember who we are but she did for a few moments which mommy says is enough for her. We took her pictures and mommy is going to make her a new picture board for her room. Here are a few pictures of me and my great great big granny.

Today I went to the doctor for my yearly check up. Mommy says she finally found her Texas doctor in Bakersfield and is very happy. The doctor says I am perfect minus my allergies! She was very impressed on how advanced I am in learning and my growth. She is also proud of mommy for all the hard work she has done. She said mommy has done perfect for being a first time mom. My doctor says that with some allergy medication and a little machine that blows out  air that is cleaner I will be just fine. I got a sucker and sticker for being good.

Today mommy and I started “Just You & Me” Gymnastics class. Everyone thought I was so cute and so little. However, I was a natural. It was so much fun and I can not wait to go again! We will go every Wednesday.

Today is the day I turn ONE! Everyone keeps telling me HAPPY BIRTHDAY! Here are a few pictures from the day and a note from Mommy & Nolan. We went to Dewars for ice cream today for my birthday. We also visited with nanny, papa, Aunt Nell & Uncle Sean & my cousins!

Aubree- last year at 6AM mommy was finally being induced so that you would finally arrive! After many medications to start labor & delivery (10 hours later) not much if anything at all was progressing so we (doctors, family, and myself) decided you would arrive by c-section. Mommy started to freak out some but at 6PM I wheeled in to the OR room and at 6:58PM you were delivered! PERFECT 5lbs 13oz, 19in long, almost 13 hours later. This was a Friday and we all went home on Monday.

Tthis last year has been amazing. We have done a lot & we really hope that someday you enjoy looking back on everything in this blog. Always know that mommy & Nolan loves you very much! You are our world and we do everything with you in mind. You are growing up so fast, which we would love for you to slow down but at the same time we love to watch you grow. You are so smart, ahead of the game, motivated  independent, loving, caring, funny, always smiling little bundle of joy! We hope our next year is just as exciting & filled with growth as your first year.

Today was my first birthday party! It was full of pink, black, white & of course animal print! Mommy, Nolan & Aunt Nell worked very hard to make it perfect! A lot of family and friends showed up to help celebrate! We all had a lot of fun!

Today is January 1, 2013!! HAPPY NEW YEAR!! Last night most people stayed up until at least midnight to bring in the new year. Mommy says when I get older I can stay up an make memories!
